The project is intended to train and to improve the performance of all the employees of RED Union Fenosa to ensure a most efficient performance of their functional duties and to fill the vacant positions.
The personnel training needs are formulated at the beginning of the year. The heads of departments and units fill in a form where they specify the courses and topics that should be attended by their subordinates and by themselves.
Also, a strategy for retraining of the operational staff at Union Fenosa Moldova’s Training Centre is developed, so that once in 3 years all the relevant employees attend the retraining courses. The curricula of courses held at RED Union Fenosa Moldova’s Training Centre are adjusted to the new requirements and requests.
Following the needs assessment, a training plan is developed for one year, and it may undergo small changes and interventions throughout.
Once the plan is finalized, it is publicized through the local area network, Intranet, or through the heads of units who are responsible for communication of such information to the employees who do not have a computer at their places of work.
The staff training and retraining activities are recorded in a database, managed by the Division for Training, Selection, and Evaluation of Personnel of the Human Resources Department.
The budget planned for the training and retraining of the personnel is managed by the Human Resources Department and it is allocated subject to the current needs of the company, by taking into account the number of employees in departments and units.
