Organization of sports competitions

The objective of this project is to keep the personnel in good shape, to develop their teamwork spirit and communication skills.

The company notifies the staff about:

• the time of competitions;
• their place;
• the agenda of sports competitions;
• the types of scheduled sports contests;
• the participants’ registration procedure;
• the number of participants.

With the support of the trade union committee, participants are provided with:

• transport;
• accommodation;
• food;
• health care;
• awards for the winning teams.
